“My Passion for Northwest Illinois lies in its people and its history, my friends and family all live and work here; and I want to ensure that we build a district that my grandchildren will be proud to call home and return to as adults. Our local city and rural communities are staged with inspired leaders who have already made tremendous strides.  We need to continue to provide new opportunities as well as the tools and support to move into the future.” - Steve Fricke
